How it works
4 steps from clay to shelf
A little water, two hands and a spinning wheel. Their imagination does the rest.
Take a piece of clay and work it in your hands for a minute.
Press it onto the middle of the plate so it stays put.
Switch on, wet your fingers and raise the walls bit by bit. If it goes wrong, knead it and start again.
Cut the piece off with the wire, let it dry and paint it with the 12 colours.

Their own ideas
Cup, bowl or vase: they dream it up, shape it and paint it.
Fine motor skills
Pressure, turning and finger control, without noticing.
Something to keep
Every piece ends up on a shelf, not in the bin.

It really is fun! My 6 years old daughter was able to make a nice pottery with little support from her sister and most importantly she enjoyed her time.

They love it, but be patient with the cleaning, hehe! All the pieces clean up really well with water. It keeps them busy and gets them using their creativity. Highly recommended.

My daughter loves her pottery wheel and being able to decorate the piece she made. Quick and easy to get started: she played with it all afternoon. Easy to use and comes with lots of tools.

One of the star toys this Christmas. Not just for the kids but also for my wife, who had always dreamed of one, and she spends all day with our daughters making all kinds of crafts. The electric wheel really stands out, and it also comes with tools that let you work the clay and get genuinely different results.

What age is it for?
From 3 years, always with an adult nearby. Little ones love kneading and painting; older kids soon take on the wheel by themselves. Not suitable for under-3s because it contains small parts.
Do we need a kiln or an oven?
No. The clay in the box dries in the air. Let the piece dry completely (usually a day or two, depending on thickness) before painting it.
How is it powered?
With the USB cable in the box: plug it into a USB charger or a computer. It has two speeds.
Is it messy?
A little, like any pottery. The wheel is small, wipes clean with a damp cloth and the apron is included. We suggest putting a tablecloth or newspaper underneath.
What happens when the clay runs out?
Any air-dry clay from a stationery or craft shop will work.
What does the 30-day guarantee cover?
If it doesn’t work for you, email us within 30 days of delivery and we refund you. It comes on top of your 14-day legal right of withdrawal. mortiz@grupoceteck.com
